We take returns on all stock pads; we do not take returns on custom sizes. Please see our return policy here.
We always recommend taking out the tray. Using the tray and the pad together will cause our pads to not fit tight and flush up against the crate which could potentially leave edges exposed for a dog to start chewing.

Bulk orders are 6+ pads. These orders can take 5-7 business days to ship.
Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship, we typically ship faster than this.

Yes, if your dog chews up the pad within 30 days, we will replace it 1 time for just the cost of shipping. Please see our warranty policy here

We will release limited colors throughout the year. Due to buying our vinyl in large quantities, we cannot do custom colors
We recommend that you use any household cleaner. We have not found any cleaner that ruins the integrity of the pad.
