Primo Pads custom size crate pads are made to fit your dog’s kennel exactly—no gaps, bunching, or forcing the pad into place. Whether you have a standard wire crate or a specialty kennel, we build your pad to your provided dimensions for a clean, secure fit.
How to Measure Your Kennel
Getting the right measurement is important for the best fit:

Wire Kennels:
Measure the outside of the kennel from left to right and front to back. -
All Other Kennels (plastic, aluminum, wood, or specialty crates):
Measure the inside floor space where the pad will sit.
Always measure the flat floor area only. Do not measure walls or raised lips unless the pad must sit inside them.
How We Make Custom Pads
When you provide your kennel’s dimensions, we custom cut the foam core ½ inch smaller than the measurements you submit. This intentional sizing allows the pad to slide into place easily without buckling, curling, or being too tight.
The result is a snug, professional fit that stays flat and comfortable while still allowing easy installation and removal.
