Returns and Exchanges

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at orders@primopads.com. We do not refund shipping charges and we will deduct the return shipping charge from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-sized pads

  • Gift cards

  • Used or scratched pads

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account again. If it still hasn’t appeared, contact us at support@primopads.com, and we will assist you further.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, it is often faster to place a new order rather than process an exchange. Once we receive your original order back, we will process a refund for it.
