Primo Pads uses FedEx & UPS to ship. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Primo Pads is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier. We will provide you with a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on factors outside of our control.

Primo Pads will accept returns for any reason within the 30-day return period. Returns must be in original packaging and in new, unused condition.
